Plain-language terms for the Scenic Route Society app.
By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age where you live).
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login private. Don't impersonate others or sign up with someone else's info.
You keep ownership of routes, photos, and comments you upload. By posting, you give us permission to display and share that content within the app. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that isn't yours to share.
We can review, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms. Community routes are reviewed before they appear publicly.
You can report content that violates these terms from inside the app. We act on reports as quickly as we reasonably can.
We work hard to keep routes accurate and the app running, but we can't guarantee either. Drive safely and use your own judgment on the road; conditions, closures, and businesses change.
You can delete your account any time (Profile, then "Delete account"). We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
We'll update this page and the effective date when these terms change.
